Vitamin C is a great Vitamin for multiple reasons. The reason that I take it is to help boost my immune system. However, there are other uses for Vitamin C such as repair and growth of tissue, helps to absorb iron, help with high blood pressure, and can also protect your memory.
Although Vitamin C can be gained from lots of different foods but it can be good to supplement with Vitamin C vitamins. They come in gummies, pills, and chewables. I make sure to take two everyday. It also helps to make sure you take them consistently everyday to make sure they continue to work well.
