How is it the end of April already?! Time has been flying by like crazy recently and I’m super close to graduating. This past month’s book choice was a little something out of my norm. I’m very used to romance novels but none with guys as lead characters and certainly not guys who are in a book club.
Overall I really did like the book and it’s nice to read something that I am not really used to. The plot line did seem really raw and something that actual couples might go through (although a little extreme at times). I love that it bounced between both Gavin and Thea and how they are both dealing with the initial split. Each person dealt with it differently and it seemed really relatable to how people actually deal with heartache and shocking discoveries.
Without giving too much away I really do love a great ending! I’m cheesy like that (probably why I don’t do horror or science fiction books). It made me so happy to know that the Bromance Book Club works after-all even with a few bumps in the road. Definitely think more men should be apart of book clubs! Reading is for everyone! (and I believe everyone can find a book they love)
