Protein Packed Fruit Dip

Recipe: Protein Fruit Dip 

Prep Time: 10 minutes 

Total Time: 10 minutes 

Ingredients: 

1 cup of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon peanut butter
A drizzle of honey 

Directions: 

  1.  In a bowl combine all the ingredients and  mix together until yogurt, peanut butter, and  honey are combined. 
  2. Serve cold with apple slices.
