Greek Shrimp

Recipe: Greek Shrimp

Serves: 4 people 

Prep Time: 1 hour and  10 minutes 

Total Time: 1 hour and  15 minutes

Ingredients: 

1.5 lbs of shrimp with tail off and deveined 
1/2 container of Greek vinaigrette 

Directions: 

  1. Completely thaw shrimp.  In a large gallon size ziploc bag pour in 1/2 bottle of the Greek vinaigrette and  dump in the shrimp. 
  2. Make sure all the marinade covers all the shrimp well. 
  3. Refrigerate for at least an hour. 
  4. When ready take out the shrimp and  put on skewers for grilling. 
  5. Grill each side for about 2.5 minutes. 
  6. Server with yogurt and  rice.
