Recipe: Greek Shrimp
Serves: 4 people
Prep Time: 1 hour and 10 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour and 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of shrimp with tail off and deveined
1/2 container of Greek vinaigrette
Directions:
- Completely thaw shrimp. In a large gallon size ziploc bag pour in 1/2 bottle of the Greek vinaigrette and dump in the shrimp.
- Make sure all the marinade covers all the shrimp well.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- When ready take out the shrimp and put on skewers for grilling.
- Grill each side for about 2.5 minutes.
- Server with yogurt and rice.
