Cheese Ball

Recipe: Cheese Ball

From Taste of Home Magazine 

Serves: Makes 1 ball 

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Total Time: 1 hour and  5 minutes 

Ingredients: 

1 package of cream cheese (8oz) 
8oz shredded cheddar cheese 
2 green onion diced 
1 jar of diced pimentos 
2 tablespoons melted butter 
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

Directions: 

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, then beat in the cheddar cheese, green onions, pimentos, butter, and  Worcestershire sauce. 
  2. Press mixture into a small bowl and  smooth out the top. 
  3. Cover and  refrigerate for at least and  hour. 
  4. Before un-molding remove from the fridge at least 15 minutes prior. 
  5. Serve with crackers of your choice.
