Recipe: Best Chili
Serves: Makes 12 servings

Total Time: 2 hours and 50 minutes
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion
1 red bell pepper
2.5 lbs of ground beef
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can of light beer
1.5 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 cans dark red kidney beans
Directions:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, begin cooking the oil, onion, and bell pepper.
- Next add the ground beef and once cooked add the Worcestershire sauce, crumble the bouillon cubes in, and add the beer. Cook for about 3 minutes.
- Then stir in the diced tomatoes. Next put in the chili powder, brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and cook for 90 minutes.
- Finally mix in the beans and cook for 30 more minutes.
- Serve with sour cream and cheese.
