A Whole Day of Recipes

A whole day’s worth of recipes. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Dessert. 

Recipe: Breakfast Sandwich

Makes 12 

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes 

Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F 

 

Ingredients: 

1 package of English muffins
1 package of shredded cheddar cheese
1 package of sausage patties
1 dozen eggs 

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Get out a muffin tin tray and  lightly grease it. 
  2. Crack as many eggs as you want sandwiches up to 12 in each muffin space. Cook for 15 minutes. 
  3. While eggs cook in the oven, cook the sausage patties. Once eggs and  sausage are done, build the sandwich with the english muffin. 
  4. Put the sausage on the bottom, then the egg, then the cheese on top which should melt from the heat. 

Recipe: Ham and Cheese Sliders 

Serves 4 people 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F 

Ingredients: 

12 count package of Hawaiian Rolls
1lb deli meat of your choice 
12 slices of deli cheese of your choice
1/2 cup melted butter 
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 11 in rectangular baking dish. 
  2. Using a large serrated knife slice the rolls in half so you have a slab on top and  slab on the bottom. No need for perfection just need them all to be connected. 
  3. Build each sandwich with your chose meat and  cheese (I used turkey and  provolone). Place the top slab back on. 
  4. In a small bowl combine the melted butter and  Worcestershire sauce. Brush the mixture on top of the rolls letting it slide down the sides. 
  5. Bake for 15 minutes and  let cool before you pull the sliders apart and  enjoy!  

Recipe: Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken 

Serves: 4-6 people 

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Total Time: 4 hours and  5 minutes 

Temp: High Heat 

Ingredients: 

4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 
1 can (80z) crushed pineapple
1 bottle (16oz) BBQ sauce 

Directions: 

  1. Place chicken in greased 3.5-5 quart crockpot. Drain the pineapple and  combine with bbq sauce 
  2. Cook on high heat for 3-4 hours or low heat for 6-8 hours. 
  3. Once done serve with rice or potatoes. 

Recipe: S’mores Pie

Serves: 4 people 

Prep Time: 20 minutes 

Total Time: 40 minutes 

Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F 

Ingredients: 

1 cup graham cracker crumbs 
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 container of marshmallow creme 
1/2 cup chocolate chips 
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1 egg
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoons baking powder 

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9″ pie pan with non-stick spray. 
  2. In a large bowl beat the butter and  sugar together and then stir in the egg and  vanilla. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, and  baking powder. 
  3. Divide your dough in half. Press half of it into the pan making sure to cover the sides as well. 
  4. Spread the marshmallow creme over the dough, sprinkle on the chocolate chips, and  finally sprinkle the mini marshmallows. 
  5. Put the remaining dough on top and  pat it down. 
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
