Recipe: Breakfast Sandwich
Makes 12
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F
Ingredients:
1 package of English muffins
1 package of shredded cheddar cheese
1 package of sausage patties
1 dozen eggs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Get out a muffin tin tray and lightly grease it.
- Crack as many eggs as you want sandwiches up to 12 in each muffin space. Cook for 15 minutes.
- While eggs cook in the oven, cook the sausage patties. Once eggs and sausage are done, build the sandwich with the english muffin.
- Put the sausage on the bottom, then the egg, then the cheese on top which should melt from the heat.
Recipe: Ham and Cheese Sliders
Serves 4 people

Total Time: 25 minutes
Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F
Ingredients:
12 count package of Hawaiian Rolls
1lb deli meat of your choice
12 slices of deli cheese of your choice
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 11 in rectangular baking dish.
- Using a large serrated knife slice the rolls in half so you have a slab on top and slab on the bottom. No need for perfection just need them all to be connected.
- Build each sandwich with your chose meat and cheese (I used turkey and provolone). Place the top slab back on.
- In a small bowl combine the melted butter and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the mixture on top of the rolls letting it slide down the sides.
- Bake for 15 minutes and let cool before you pull the sliders apart and enjoy!
Recipe: Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken
Serves: 4-6 people
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 4 hours and 5 minutes
Temp: High Heat
Ingredients:
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can (80z) crushed pineapple
1 bottle (16oz) BBQ sauce
Directions:
- Place chicken in greased 3.5-5 quart crockpot. Drain the pineapple and combine with bbq sauce
- Cook on high heat for 3-4 hours or low heat for 6-8 hours.
- Once done serve with rice or potatoes.
Recipe: S’mores Pie
Serves: 4 people
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F
Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 container of marshmallow creme
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1 egg
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9″ pie pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl beat the butter and sugar together and then stir in the egg and vanilla. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, and baking powder.
- Divide your dough in half. Press half of it into the pan making sure to cover the sides as well.
- Spread the marshmallow creme over the dough, sprinkle on the chocolate chips, and finally sprinkle the mini marshmallows.
- Put the remaining dough on top and pat it down.
- Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
