Recipe: Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients:
1 package of street taco size tortillas
1 package of ground turkey sausage
7 eggs
1 package of Colby Jack Cheese
1/4 cup of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a skillet cook the sausage and drain off the excess grease.
- Next in a bowl mix together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook the eggs scrambled style.
- Once done add the sausage and stir together. Remove from heat.
- Get out tortillas and add the mixture in the middle. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Roll up burrito style and put it in a panini press (or skillet) to seal the roll and slightly brown it.
- Serve with ketchup or salsa.
