Breakfast Burritos

Recipe: Breakfast Burritos

Serves: 4 people 

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 27 minutes 

Ingredients: 

1 package of street taco size tortillas 
1 package of ground turkey sausage 
7 eggs 
1 package of Colby Jack Cheese 
1/4 cup of milk
Salt and  pepper to taste

Directions: 

  1. In a skillet cook the sausage and  drain off the excess grease. 
  2. Next in a bowl mix together the eggs, milk, salt, and  pepper. Cook the eggs scrambled style. 
  3. Once done add the sausage and  stir together. Remove from heat. 
  4. Get out tortillas and  add the mixture in the middle. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Roll up burrito style and  put it in a panini press (or skillet) to seal the roll and  slightly brown it. 
  5. Serve with ketchup or salsa.
