Healthy Smoothie

Recipe: Healthy Smoothie

Serves: 2-3 people 

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Total Time: 10 minutes 

Ingredients: 

1 & 1/2 cups of yogurt 
1/2 cup of fresh spinach
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup of milk
1 scoop protein powder

Directions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend together. (you may need to pour a little more milk to help it blend)
  2. Serve immediately
